What's an invoice?

How to upload the Invoice?



Step 1 - Download PDF

Download a PDF copy of the receipt/invoice or take a screenshot.

Step 2 - Sign In

Sign in to your Wright Express Account at wrightexpressja.com,

Step 3 - Select Package

Select the Upload invoice tab and select the package to attach the invoice to.

Step 4 - Upload Invoice

Choose file and upload the pdf or screenshot of the invoice/receipt.

Step 5 - Update Cost

Enter the cost of the item in USD and click update.

When to upload the receipt?

Your receipt/invoice is expected once your packages are collected by a member of our USA stockroom. Your packages will be cleared from Jamaica Customs Agency AFTER we get the invoice.

What should the receipt/invoice show?

When uploading your receipt/invoice for packages, we should clearly see the following Details:

Shipper Name, Order Date, Tracking Number, Product, Names/Descriptions, Product Quantity, Product Cost, Sales Tax, Shipping, Order all out

We don't have to see your Billing Details nor your Payment/Card details.
